Sometimes we get to see things from different points of view as long as we open our eyes and our mind to allow it to be seen.
A recent tour provided us a taste of Southern hospitality. Mexican style!
Gaston and Natalia came to Sedona to experience the energies of the Sedona Vortexes and they were not disappointed. Coming from Mexico brings a culture of difference. The language spoken is different, the agriculture is different, the life style is different. One thing that is not different is the people and their desire to connect to the energies that the earth and the spirit world can provide.
Walking through the trail to Kachina Rock, we were introduced to such differences as they communicated and translated our information into understandable concepts. Then, it happened. The connection between the energies of Sedona and the need for the cleansing of the past as they walked the masculine line towards Kachina. Atop the saddle, they were drawn by moments of meditation and quiet introspection as the feminine energies guided them to seek out their future and share their hopes and dreams with the universe.
Connecting to the Vortex Energies doesn’t require you to be residing in any particular location on the planet, or to be speaking a specific language, or to be an energy aficionado. It requires you to be open and willing to allow the energies to flow within you and to be ready for the possibilities of change. It requires you to be IN the moment…even if you live across the border.
