Anita DaltonWhether or not you believe in Ghosts, every culture around throughout history has reported various stories of ghosts. Some of us have had our own ghostly experiences.
Ghosts are supernatural visions of things that once existed in our world. There are stories of pet ghosts, but human ghosts are the largest group.
Ghosts are divided into several different categories. Reenactment ghosts appear in the same spot and perform the same actions they did when they were alive. The scenes reenacted are often traumatic. Examples are the headless horseman and phantom hitchhikers.
Unquiet ghosts are ghosts of people who were not properly buried or who have some unfulfilled purpose on earth. They may try to warn about an upcoming disaster. They may be able to help solve an unsolved crime, maybe even their own death.
Helpful Ghosts may have insights beyond our world that would be of value to the living. Some of these may be classified as ascended Masters having hundreds of lifetimes of knowledge to share.
Dangerous ghosts are not that prevalent. Although in some Far Eastern countries there is believed that there are vampire ghosts that drain life energy from the living. I personally have not experienced this, but believe it is possible. Some of the living humans drain our energy.
Irritating ghosts have no apparent purpose except to bother the living or vicariously live through them. These are ghosts who hang around bars and attach themselves to drunken souls too weak to resist.
Even though these entities exist, they don’t have to be part of your reality. You can refuse to play. I had played for years in these experiences until I got bored with the dead. I now find the living much more interesting.
