Natural Life Force Energy is something that flows through all living things. It sustains and nourishes our bodies and it can be used to support and increase the body’s natural self-healing ability, speeding up recovery from illness and injury. Life force energy can be used to boost our physical vitality and energy levels and to support us and heal us on the emotional and psychological levels as well.
There are internal energy channels in the human body and we all have life force energy flowing through these channels. The Hindu faith refers to them as “chakras”; to the Christian, it is the “soul” or “spirit”; various Eastern faiths know it as “”Chi” or “Ki” or Qi”. There are many names in many faiths for the concentration of energy that is the power system of our being and it is that which makes everyone of us special and unique.
How we process and interpret what we observe, perceive and emote affects our philosophical orientation and direction. This affects our conduct and behavior which greatly influences our spiritual disposition and in the end, establishes our Life Force Energy aspect of choice.
It is an absolute imperative that we become familiar with, and learn to balance our internal energy. Energy and matter are interconnected and the behavior of one dictates the behavior of another. It is the power system of human consciousness that excites energy and matter into its manifested states of reality and determines the quality of our energy, in effect, the quality of our lives that ultimately directly affects all energy and matter in existence.
What is the difference whether we are negative or positive; love or hate; of if we do the right or wrong thing? What differences will result from the choices we make or the paths we take? How does the way we choose to live our lives affect others?
Everything we think, say or do is a reflection of our internal self. If the internal energy is virtuous and principled, or depraved and wicked, then our thoughts, motives and deeds reflect our nature. Internal energy is connected to everything and everyone, which means we are not living for ourselves. We are living for all of us, and if one’s energy is tainted and unbalanced, then Life Force Energy as a whole is somewhat tainted and unbalanced. We cannot achieve balance with the universe until we balance ourselves.
Balanced energy means one is tranquil and at peace inside and out, and when one is calm and serene, one is able to navigate through the fog of confusion and doubt. The first method to balance Life Force Energy is meditation. In an effort to liberate ourselves from confusion and conflict, meditation is the practice of channeling awareness inward to manifest a calm and peaceful relationship between our perceptions, thoughts, motives, beliefs and actions.
Life Force Energy “cultivation” is another method used to balance the flow of internal energy. Unlike “meditation” that is a mental exercise, “cultivation” is the practice of gathering, harnessing and physically actualizing our energy to achieve a state of relaxation of both body and mind. Tai Chi and Qigong are the most common forms of “cultivation.”
The most basic method of energy manifestation, cultivation and harmonization is in the form of “synergy,” the combined and/ or cooperative return produced by “connections” between various forces, elements or individuals. In other words, our “relationships” with nature, family and friends naturally manifest, cultivate and balance our internal energy with Life Force Energy. It is something to strive for not only for our individual gratification, but for the sake of life in general. By enhancing our personal Life Force Energy, we contribute not only to our own welfare, but to the glorification and wellbeing of the entire planet as well.
Spirit guided us to this special place which centuries earlier was used by ancient people as a ceremonial site. We were guided by Spirit to open the Center at this place which is now the heart of spirituality in Sedona.
