In this time of great change and turmoil you have an even greater need to gain and retain balance, and peace of mind.  It is time for you to begin a yoga and exercise routine to your day.

Creating time in your daily routine to  give your body over to the discipline of yoga:  stretching, holding poses, pushing your body a bit.  It is also time to choose the form of exercise that most appeals to you and do it regularly.  Get your body moving and your energy flows better.

This is time you are setting aside just for you.  It is about respecting your body and mind as you journey forth.
