Occasionally you think back on your life and choices you made. You feel like you “lost” some years, or “wasted” your time. In reality, not one moment of your life was wasted.

Every choice, every experience was crucial to getting you to where you are now. Without one of those experiences, you could not be the person you have evolved to become.

Even the most negative times in life happen for a reason. You learned lessons; sometimes really big lessons. Reflect upon what you have learned in life. These lessons are the key to moving ahead more smoothly and with more confidence.

Trust your intuition and understand that you will make the choices necessary for you to continue growing. The angels repeat the words, “Trust yourself.”
