Free Weekly Horoscope for your Sign
Aries: Where are you going in your life? What do you want to do? These are some of December’s big questions, as tremendous planetary energy takes place in the success and achievement area of your chart. While you might have spent time the past year struggling from the weight of these responsibilities, Jupiter’s arrival in Capricorn on December 2 signifies not so much a lessening of these responsibilities as more of an enjoyment of them. It also signifies new opportunities in your career and professional life.
Taurus: Adventure and experimentation are your themes for December, making this the time to rip up the rulebook and decide what is possible. With Jupiter’s arrival in Capricorn on December 2, you’re going to find that pretty much anything is possible, as long as you think it is. The First Quarter Moon in Pisces on December 4 brings a realization of goals, a sense of achievement and also, strangely enough, a preoccupation with all things mechanical and electronic which may substantiate your fascination for gizmos and gadgets, perhaps even surfing the Internet, inventing and discovering.
Gemini: Transformation is your theme for December as a huge cluster of planets illuminates your zone of rebirth. Jupiter has done his job in your love life and he can now move on to bless other areas of your life. He moves into Capricorn, your 8th house on the 3rd. The eighth house is a mysterious sector that rules birth, death, sex, transformation, mysteries, merged energies and bonding at the deepest level. Jupiter’s move into conservative Capricorn signals important changes in your love attitudes. Up until now it’s been passion and fun. It’s been spontaneous. Now love is more practical. For those of you already in relationships, the honeymoon period is about over with and you enter the more practical side of love: arranging the relationship in realistic ways, dividing up responsibilities etc. For singles, it shows more caution in love. You’re not apt to fall in love at first sight, as you were liable to do before, but this is probably a good thing, Gemini.
Cancer: The love and social life has taken quite a pounding this past year, but you are turning a corner now. The worst is over with. On the 3rd, Jupiter, benevolent and expansive, moves into your house of love. There is more optimism now. There is an upturn in your social life and you’re meeting new and significant people. Your circle of friends expands. For singles this signals romance on the horizon, perhaps even marriage or a serious relationship although marriage is more likely next year when Saturn moves out of your 7th house.
Leo: Jupiter will be in your 6th house from the 3rd onwards (and well into next year) so if this becomes the case, job changes should be welcomed because they seem good. Big improvements are happening and you can look forward to a happy month ahead. You will work hard but you can play hard too. You manage to have fun and to be productive as well. The Moon’s First Quarter in Pisces on December 2 suggests you look inwards, into the kingdom of the self and the human spirit. At the same time, you will be extroverted, communicative and sociable. The focus of all this is definitely going to be all activities pertaining to house and home.
Virgo: The key to a successful December and a happy holiday season depends on your ability to be authentic. This might mean standing up for yourself and saying no to one or two things. Conversely, it could mean asserting your right to have or do certain things. With Jupiter arriving in your creative zone on December 2, it’s going to be essential, but also much easier to be yourself. The question, “Who am I?” will have increasing relevance. December is such a busy time, you will benefit from asking yourself that question between activities.
Libra: All year, Saturn and Pluto have been weighing heavily at the base of your chart like a colossal anchor, potentially creating a sense of physical or psychological restriction. As a result, this might not have been the lightest or cheeriest year you’ve ever had. The good news is that Jupiter’s arrival in Capricorn on December 2 brings some welcome respite, particularly to your home and domestic situation and how you feel in general. If your home and family presented certain issues, those issues will feel much easier. Now you can enjoy your domestic life and family relations.
Scorpio: So much of happiness in life depends on our perceptions. If we see life through rose-tinted glasses, everything is marvelous, but if those glasses are gray and clouded, life become gray and cloudy. The year 2019 hasn’t always seen you in the best frame of mind, but December brings a much brighter phase when optimism and a positive outlook return. It all begins on December 2 when Jupiter enters the zone of your mind and communication, bringing opportunities to see life in a much more positive way and to reach out to others and develop new connections.
Sagittarius: If things have been tough financially or materially this year, December brings very good news: Jupiter arrives in time to give your festive celebrations a real boost, but this is about more than having a bit of extra cash. Jupiter’s transit urges you to make more of your talents and generate more of what you need, whether that’s increased cash flow or doing more of what you love. In order to get to that point, you probably need to first let go of something that has outlived its usefulness: perhaps it’s a job, your financial way of operating, or a belief that says you must have a certain amount of income or lifestyle to be happy.
Capricorn: If you’ve been waiting for life to get easier – to become lighter or more fun – than wait no more for jolly Jupiter, the planet of all things benevolent, enters your sign on December 2. At the very least, this will offset some of the heaviness in certain areas of your life and bring opportunities for positive change. Do not underestimate what a pivotal time this is – virtually all the planets are lining up in your sign – so prepare for change, but don’t worry about the nature of these changes; the universe has your back, and whatever happens is for your highest good.
Aquarius: With such a huge planetary emphasis in your zone of soul and spirit, it’s going to be increasingly difficult to live life on a purely material plane. While the planets might not suggest that you drop all your worldly possessions and head into the hills to become a Buddhist monk, they are certainly urging you to experience a quieter, more contemplative and soulful existence with the focus on your inner self and faith in a higher power. You might have struggled with this in the past year or so, potentially giving rise to anxiety, depression, and other mental or emotional problems, but Jupiter’s arrival in the same area on December 2 is going to make it much easier to move with grace and ease into a more soulful way of living. This, in turn, will increase your happiness level tenfold.
Pisces: Your social life takes center stage in December as Jupiter joins in the fray, making this an ideal month to accept party invitations and enjoy festive celebrations, but there’s more to this than a happy social life. While everything concerning house/home (renovation, buying/selling ) will have first place, any problems you might have experienced with friends and acquaintances or groups, clubs, or organizations you are involved with, will become a lot easier. You will be equally and heavily involved with communication and correspondence, and yet you will be drawn to spiritualism, to seeking the kingdom within where you may find yourself receiving timely divine guidance.
